SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Scope

This policy applies to dispatch and delivery of orders confirmed with Agrocyclex Bio Products Private Limited ("Aura Farmers"). Our warehouse and dispatch facility is located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Shipping terms, freight costs, and timelines are confirmed in your individual quotation before order confirmation.

2. Serviceable Areas

• Pan-India delivery — we ship to all major cities and tier-2 towns across India through road freight and surface courier partners.
• Remote or out-of-delivery-area (ODA) pincodes — additional freight charges and longer transit times may apply. We will confirm these in the quotation.
• International shipping — not currently offered through this website. Export enquiries may be directed to info@aurafarmers.in.

3. Dispatch Timelines

Dispatch timeline depends on order size, stock availability, and payment clearance:

• Standard orders (ex-stock) — dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment clearance.
• Bulk orders (made to order) — production and dispatch lead time of 10–21 working days, confirmed in quotation.
• Event-linked orders — we strongly recommend placing orders at least 3 weeks before the event date to allow for production, dispatch, and transit buffer.

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays in Gujarat.

4. Transit Timelines (from dispatch)

Indicative transit times once goods are handed to logistics partners:

• Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh — 2–4 working days.
• Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh — 3–6 working days.
• Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana — 4–7 working days.
• Eastern & North-Eastern states (West Bengal, Odisha, Assam, etc.) — 6–10 working days.
• J&K, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep — 10–15 working days or on quotation.

Timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Actual transit may vary due to logistics partner availability, weather, strikes, or unforeseen disruptions.

5. Freight Charges

Freight is quoted separately based on order volume, weight, and destination:

• Ex-works / Ex-warehouse — default pricing is ex-warehouse Ahmedabad. Buyer arranges own transport.
• Door delivery (FOR destination) — available on request. Freight is added to the invoice based on carrier rates at the time of dispatch.
• Free freight campaigns or thresholds — if offered, terms will be explicitly stated in the quotation. Otherwise, freight is chargeable.

All quoted freight is inclusive of applicable GST. Toll, octroi, or entry-point taxes at destination (if any) are on buyer's account.

6. Packaging

• Products are packed in double-walled corrugated cartons suitable for surface freight.
• Carton dimensions and weights are listed on each product page and match the dispatch specification.
• Cartons are marked with product name, batch number, manufacturing date, and handling instructions ("Keep Dry", "Handle with Care", "This Side Up").
• Palletised or shrink-wrapped loads are available on request for orders above 50 cartons.

7. Risk of Loss and Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• For ex-warehouse orders, risk of loss transfers to the buyer once goods are loaded onto the buyer's nominated vehicle at our Ahmedabad facility.
• For door-delivery orders, risk of loss transfers to the buyer once goods are delivered at the specified address and the Proof of Delivery (POD) is signed.
• Ownership (title) of goods passes to the buyer only upon full payment of the invoice.

8. Receiving the Shipment — Buyer's Responsibilities

When goods are delivered, please:

• Count the cartons against the invoice / delivery challan before signing the POD.
• Inspect cartons for visible damage, wetness, or tampering.
• If any discrepancy is visible, note it on the POD in writing and retain a copy. Photograph the damage.
• Notify us within 48 hours at info@aurafarmers.in or WhatsApp +91 8140347773 with photos and POD copy.
• Signing a clean POD without notations makes transit-damage claims difficult. Please be thorough at receipt.

9. Delayed, Lost, or Mis-delivered Shipments

• If a shipment is delayed beyond our estimate, contact us. We will coordinate with the logistics partner and provide tracking updates.
• If a shipment is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the logistics partner and arrange replacement dispatch. Timeline for resolution depends on the carrier's claim process.
• For mis-delivered shipments, we will coordinate re-delivery to the correct address. Additional freight, if any, will be waived when the error is ours.

10. Documentation

Every dispatch is accompanied by:

• Tax Invoice (GST-compliant, with HSN code and applicable taxes).
• Delivery Challan / Packing List.
• E-way bill, where applicable under GST rules.
• Lorry Receipt (LR) or courier AWB (Airway Bill) number for tracking.

Tracking numbers are shared with the buyer via email or WhatsApp once the shipment leaves our warehouse.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government lockdowns, transportation strikes, carrier failures, or curfews. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the delay and work with you on revised timelines.

12. Disputes and Grievance Redressal

Shipping-related disputes are first addressed by our Grievance Officer (see Privacy Policy §11). Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, under the laws of India.
